Northanger Abbey
Jane Austen’s, Northanger Abbey, is a novel about Catherine Morland and her family friends who visit Bath, a town in England. Catherine occupies herself seeing friends and going to balls. She makes a great friend in Henry Tilney who fascinates her with his knowledge of history and the world. She then gets invited to their family seat which she expects to be spooky due to all the Gothic literature she’s been reading.
A charming book by Austen that’s a delight to listen to in free audiobook format.
