I’m delighted to have got the site live now. It went live two days ago (28/01/12) and I’m already inundated with traffic and there are some fantastic write-ups popping up across a range of different blogs and sites. This is all great, but it really puts the pressure on to get the site filled up with as many free audiobooks as possible. As this is all done manually by one person – me – it’s quite a daunting prospect to say the least. Anyway, I look forward to growing this into a really useful community. I’ll be sure to keep ‘listeners’ up to date with any new developments via this blog.

Really appreciate your positive feedback. The site seems to be growing very nicely and I’m really enjoying building it up. The hard part is getting all the content in there. Many other sites like this simply scrape the content and post it up automatically, but I wanted to do it all manually, so all the book descriptions are original. This goes a long way to helping SEO with Google. Seems to be working so far!
